Adding Diagnosis Codes

Diagnosis information is indicated by ICD-9 or ICD-10 diagnosis codes and must be added to the system manually.

To add an ICD-9 or ICD-10 diagnosis code:

1. Select an option:

2. Select List > Diagnosis.

3. In any window, press Ctrl + G.

The Diagnosis Code List window is displayed.

2. Press Enter.

3. Click Add. The Diagnosis Code window is displayed.

4. Type a code number and description in the appropriate fields, and click OK. A diagnosis code can be any alphanumeric characters.

5. Click Close.
