Using Account Budget Plan List Window Options

The commands available from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu when using the Enhanced Workspace are:

• Coupons:Prints payment coupons for a fixed loan or patient budget plan. This command is enabled only when a fixed or patient budget plan is displayed in the window.

• Truth in Lending:Prints the federally mandated loan agreement specification for a fixed loan budget plan.

• Interest Disclosure:Prints the federally mandated interest disclosure form for a revolving budget plan.

• Compression:Compresses any budget plan transactions after the balance has been paid. This information is stored with other compressed account information. You can view this information from the Account Transactions History window.

• Print Transactions:Displays the Transactions List Report Setup window. Use this command to print the transactions posted to the budget plan with a specific date range.

• Print Credit Card Receipt:This command is enabled only if you are Using ePayments .

• View Credit Card Number:This command is enabled only if you are Using ePayments to handle credit card payments.

• Terms:Use this command to edit the loan terms for a revolving account budget plan. You can use this command only when you initially set up a fixed loan budget plan. A message that asks you to adjust the existing balance and create a new budget plan that includes the outstanding balance is displayed.
