View Menu Commands

Use the View menu to customize workspace preferences, toolbars, Practice Central options, and List windows to enable the HIPAA Privacy and spell checker features and to use the calculator.

The View menu commands are:

• Calculator:Open the calculator.

• Practice Central:Display the Practice Central window.

• Payment Bar:Display or hide the Payment bar in the Transactions window.

• Provider Detail Bar:In the Daily Appointments, Book At A Glance, or History Appointments windows, display or hide the Provider Detail bar.

• Scheduler Icon Bar:In the Daily Appointments, Book At A Glance, or History Appointments windows, display or hide the Scheduler Icon bar.

• Toolbar:Display or hide the Toolbar. A checkmark indicates that the Toolbar is currently displayed.

• Status Bar:Display or hide the Status bar.

• Power Bar:Display or hide the Power bar.

• HIPAA Privacy On/Off:Enable or disable the HIPAA Privacy feature.

• List Preferences:Customize how List windows are displayed, display or hide gridlines, display vertical line, and set display preferences for List window.

• Patient Options Use v8.0 Compatibility:Enable or disable version 8.0 command compatibility for patient records. This command is enabled only in the Classic Workspace.

• Spell Check Status:Enable or disable the spell checker feature for note fields.

• Practice Central Preferences:Set preferences that are displayed in the Practice Central window.

• Workspace Preferences:Set general, toolbar, and Express bar preferences.
