Updating the Trojan Database

If you subscribe to Trojan, you will receive monthly update disks for both traditional and managed care insurance plans. To keep your insurance current and accurate, install these disks as soon as you get them. Depending on the amount of data, the update disks can be installed in a matter of minutes.

To update the Trojan database:

1. Select File > Trojan > Monthly Update. The Trojan Disk Load Options window is displayed.

2. Select an option:

3. To update traditional plan information:Select Load Traditional Plan Disks.

4. To update managed care plan information:Select Load Managed Care Plan Disk.

3. Select the letter that corresponds to the drive into which the Trojan disks are inserted in the Enter Disk Drive to Load from drop-down list.

4. Click OK. A message informs you to insert the disk into the drive.

5. Insert the disk and press Enter. After the information is copied, a message informs you to insert another disk.

6. Insert the next disk and click Yes.

7. When you have installed all of the disks, click No.
