Saving Treatment Plan Financial Arrangement Notes

You can use the software to save financial arrangement notes and print them on treatment plans.

You can save, edit, and delete financial arrangement notes from either the Treatment Plan Financial Arrangements Setup window or while printing a treatment plan in Treatment Plan Financial Note List windows.

To save treatment plan financial arrangement notes while printing a treatment plan, see Printing Treatment Plans.

To save, edit, or delete a treatment plan financial arrangement note:

1. Select System > Change System Settings > Treatment Plan Financial Arrangement Notes. The Treatment Plan Financial Note List window is displayed.

2. Select an option:

3. To add a new financial arrangement note:Click Add. The Treatment Plan Financial Note window is displayed. Type the note title and text in the appropriate fields, and click OK. Click Close.

4. To edit a financial arrangement note:Select the note and click Edit. The note information is displayed in the Treatment Plan Financial Note window. Type the changes in the appropriate fields, and click OK. Click Close.

5. To delete a financial arrangement note:Select the note and click Delete. A message asking if you want to delete the selected note is displayed. Click Yes.

3. Click Close.
