Restorative Charting > Understanding Restorative Tab Modes
When the Restorative tab is displayed in a treatment plan mode, you can chart primary, secondary, or tertiary treatment plan procedures. Inside and outside work and conditions are displayed in this mode.
By default, primary treatment plan items are displayed in red on the chart. Secondary treatment plan items are displayed in magenta, and tertiary treatment plan items are displayed in aqua. The Header bar—the area containing the patient name and patient number—is displayed in the color of the selected treatment plan mode.
To view the chart in primary treatment plan mode, select an option:
Select Mode > Treatment Plan Primary from the Mode menu.
Click the Chart Treatment Plan button on the Chart Mode toolbar and select Treatment Plan 1.
Press F2.
To view the chart in secondary treatment plan mode, select an option:
Select Mode > Treatment Plan Secondary from the Mode menu.
Click the Chart Treatment Plan button on the Chart Mode toolbar and select Treatment Plan 2.
Press Ctrl + F2.
To view the chart in tertiary treatment plan mode, select an option:
Select Mode > Treatment Plan Tertiary from the Mode menu.
Click the Chart Treatment Plan button on the Chart Mode toolbar and select Treatment Plan 3.
Press Ctrl + F3.
When viewing an extracted tooth in a treatment plan mode, the tooth is hidden and an X is displayed to indicate that the tooth is no longer in the patient’s mouth. The X is displayed in blue to indicate inside work and green to indicate outside work.
