Running the Treatment Plan Detailed Breakdown Report

The Treatment Plan Detailed Breakdown report generates a breakdown of treatment plans.

To generate a breakdown of treatment plan information:

1. Select Reports > Practice Management > Treatment Plan Reports > Detailed Breakdown. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output and click OK. The Treatment Plan Detailed Report Setup window is displayed.

3. In the Dates section, click the drop-down arrows to select the starting and ending date range from a calendar.

4. Select an option:

5. To include information for patients with a specific user code:Type the code in the Include field.

6. To exclude information for patients with a specific user code:Type the code in the Exclude field.

7. To include inactive patients in the report:Click the Include Inactive Pats checkbox.

8. To restrict the report to a specific provider:Select the provider identification number from the Doctors section. Leave 999 to report on all providers.

9. To include information for a specific plan in the report results:Type the information in the Options section.

10. To restrict the report to a specific procedural code range:Select the codes from the fields in the Codes section.
    
    Note: To specify a single code, type it in the left Codes column and type 0 in the right field.

5. Type the number that corresponds to the appropriate report format in the Report Format section.

6. Click OK.
