Using the SoftDent Practice Management Software Tutorial

The software comes with demonstration software that has data loaded. This tutorial enables you to familiarize yourself with the software without harming your production database. You can add, delete, and modify data, and when you are finished, you can reset the tutorial data to its original state.

To access the tutorial:

1. Click Start > All Programs > SoftDent Software > Tutorial > SoftDent Tutorial. The SoftDent Login window is displayed.

2. Press Enter in the Name and Password fields, and click OK. The SoftDent Practice Management Software tutorial is displayed.

To reset the data in the tutorial:

1. Make sure that the tutorial is closed.

2. Click Start > All Programs > SoftDent Software > Reset Tutorial Data.

The demo database is reset, and any data you entered is lost.
