Tracking Goals

You can view the daily production goals, actual scheduled amounts, and the percentage of the daily goal met information for each provider.

To view daily production and goal information:

1. Select List > View Daily RCVTOT Totals > Goals/Prod > Provider Goals. The Select Provider Goals window is displayed.

2. Select the provider and click OK. The Rcvtot List window is displayed.

• Estimated write-off amounts for PPO procedures are not included in production amounts.

Example:Example:If a PPO procedure’s fee is $54, the allowed amount is $44, the estimated insurance payment is $42, the copay is $2, and the write-off is $10; the production amount is $44, which is the estimated copay plus the estimated insurance payment.

3. To compare the production and scheduling goals to the actual productions and collections for a specific date, double-click the goal information in the list. The Rcvtot window is displayed. The information displayed in this window cannot be modified.

4. Click Close.
