Tabulating Questionnaire Results by Question

To tabulate patient questionnaire results by question and run the Tabulate Results by Question report:

  1. Select Reports > Patient > Patient Questionnaire > Tabulate Results By Question. The Output Options window is displayed.

  2. Select the output option and click OK. The Questionnaire Results window is displayed.

  3. To view a list of questions from a specific category, select the category from the Category drop-down list.

  4. Select the question.

  5. Select an option:

  7. To view the summary and details for responses:

  1. To restrict the report to a specific administration date, select the dates from the From and To date fields.

  2. Click OK.
