Using the Phone Center

Searching for and Viewing Patient Information

To access additional patient information using the phone center:

1. Type the patient name in the Find field, or scroll through the list to locate the patient. A patient list is displayed.

2. Select the patient from the list.

3. Select an option:

4. To view the patient record:Click Information.

5. To view patient guarantor or insurance information:Click Insurance Info.

6. To view a list of patient appointments (past, scheduled, and missed):Click Scheduling.

7. To view a list of patient prescriptions:Click Prescription.

8. To view a list of patient contacts:Click Contacts.

9. To add an appointment for a new patient:Click New Patient.

10. To view the patient transactional history:Click Transactions.
