Selecting Prescription Forms

To print a prescription form, you must first select the form.

• You can also phone in prescriptions.

To choose a prescription form:

1. Select System > Form Selection. The Forms Selection window is displayed.

2. Select the prescription form from the Prescription Form drop-down list and click OK.
