Selecting Insurance Forms

Many standard insurance forms are included with this software. The insurance forms are cross-referenced so you can order them from a new vendor without changing the form number.

To review or select insurance forms:

Select Insurance > Select Insurance Forms. The Insurance Forms Selection window is displayed.
Select the form from the drop-down list.
Click OK.
