Using the History Appointments Scheduler Icon Bar

The following drag and drop icons are displayed on the right-side of the History Appointments window.

Only the following commands are enabled in this window:

 

Show Patient's Chart

Drag and drop an appointment to this icon to display the patient's chart. If no chart exists, a blank initial chart is displayed.

Show Patient's Portrait

Drag and drop an appointment to this icon to display the patient's portrait.

Select Scheduler Book

Click this icon to display the Scheduler Books list window. To display a specific book, double-click it.

Show Amount Scheduled

Click this icon to display the total dollar amount scheduled for all rooms for the selected day. To display this information, you must have security rights to show production amounts in the scheduler window.

Privacy On/Off

Click this icon to apply or remove HIPAA privacy feature settings to the appointment information in the window.
