Using School List and School Window Options

In the School List or School window, you can print address labels and envelopes, log a contact, create TeamTalk notes, and view the phone numbers associated with a school.

The commands available from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu when using the Enhanced Workspace are:

• 0 - Auto Dialer:Dials a school number. If you do not have a modem, this information is displayed for your reference.

• Label:Prints a label or laser label for the selected school.

• Envelope:Prints a label or laser envelope for the selected school.

• TeamTalk:Adds, edits, and deletes school TeamTalk notes; views and deletes expired school conditions.

• Contacts By Date:Adds, edits, or deletes school contacts; creates school memos.

• Contacts By Type:Adds, edits, or deletes school contacts; creates school memos.
