Saving Treatment Plan Comments

You can use the software to save predefined treatment plan comments and print them on treatment plans.

You can save, edit, and delete treatment plan comments in the Treatment Plan Comment window or while printing a treatment plan.

To save treatment plan comments while printing a treatment plan, see Printing Treatment Plans.

To save, edit, or delete a treatment plan comment:

1. Select System > Change System Settings > Treatment Plan Comments. The Treatment Plan Comment window is displayed.

3. To add a new treatment plan comment:Click Add. The Treatment Plan Comment window is displayed. Type the comment title and text in the appropriate fields, and click OK. Click Close.

4. To edit a treatment plan comment:Select the comment and click Edit. The comment information is displayed in the Treatment Plan Comment window. Type the changes in the appropriate fields, and click OK. Click Close.

5. To delete a treatment plan comment:Select the comment and click Delete. A message asking if you want to delete the selected comment is displayed. Click Yes.

3. Click Close.
