Setting Prescription Security

To set prescription security:

1. Select System > Change System Settings > System Security > Rights By User. The Rights By User List window is displayed.

2. Select the user from the list.

3. Select an option:

4. To enable the user to view prescription records:Select View Prescriptions.

5. To enable the user to write prescriptions:Select Write Prescriptions.

6. To enable the user to delete prescriptions:Select Delete Prescriptions.

4. Click OK.

5. Click Close.

6. To ensure that the system security is enabled, select System > Change System Settings > System Security > Enable System Security.

7. When system security is enabled, a checkbox is displayed next to the command.
