Using the Document Manager > Reviewing Documents
When you access the software and you are assigned a document to review, the document is displayed in the Documents to be Reviewed By section of the Practice Central window.
To review a document assigned to you:
Select List > Employees. The Employees List window is displayed.
Select the record and select Documents. The Document Review window is displayed.
Select the document and select Review. The Document Review window is displayed.
Select your name in the Users Assigned To Review List. Mark Reviewed is enabled.
Type any notes in the Current Note field and click Mark Reviewed.
Click Close. The reviewed document is displayed in the Recently Reviewed Documents section of the Document Review window.
To review another document, repeat steps 2 through 6.
Click Close.
