Handling Reports > Generating Reports Using Report Manager
In addition to being prompted to run scheduled reports when entering and exiting the software, you can print the reports on demand or print only specific reports or report groups.
To run reports for the current date, select Reports > Report Manager > Run Scheduled Reports. The software displays a window, asking if you want to print today’s scheduled reports. Click Yes.
To run a report group regardless of the next run date, select Reports > Report Manager > Advanced Options. The Report Group window is displayed. Select a report group and click Run Now.
To run a specific report regardless of the next run date, select Reports > Report Manager > Advanced Options. The Report Group window is displayed. Select the report group and click Edit Reports. The Report Group Members window is displayed. Select a report and click Run Now.
Reports that are run as part of a batch are still subject to system security. A user must have security rights specified in the System Security window to run a report group containing the daysheet or a report containing financial information.

If the system date is later than the next run date for a scheduled report, a message is displayed when you enter and exit the software, prompting you to run any overdue reports or a report scheduled for the current date.
If you select Yes, another window is displayed, prompting you for the run date for the overdue reports. This date defaults to yesterday's date. Click OK.
