The Expected Response Contact report generates a list of all contacts from whom you are awaiting a response.

Accounts
Insurance plans
Insurance companies
Employers
Referring doctors
Providers
Pharmacies
Claims
Identification number
Name
Address
Phone numbers
Date on which the contact was made
Name of the user who made the contact
Contact method
Expected response date
To run the Expected Response Contact report:
Select Reports > Practice Management > Contact Reports > Expected Response. The Output Options window is displayed.
Select the output option, and click OK. The Contacts - No Response Received Report Setup window is displayed.
Select the type of contact from the drop-down list.
Select the dates between which contact is expected from the appropriate drop-down lists.
Click OK.
