Running the Expected Response Contact Report

The Expected Response Contact report generates a list of all contacts from whom you are awaiting a response.

To run the Expected Response Contact report:

  1. Select Reports > Practice Management > Contact Reports > Expected Response. The Output Options window is displayed.

  2. Select the output option, and click OK. The Contacts - No Response Received Report Setup window is displayed.

  3. Select the type of contact from the drop-down list.

  4. Select the dates between which contact is expected from the appropriate drop-down lists.

  5. Click OK.
