Contacts and Memos > Using Contacts > Running Contact Reports
The Expected Response Contact report generates a list of all contacts from whom you are awaiting a response.
The report includes the following information for each contact listed in the report:
To run the Expected Response Contact report:
Select Reports > Practice Management > Contact Reports > Expected Response. The Output Options window is displayed.
Select the output option, and click OK. The Contacts - No Response Received Report Setup window is displayed.
Select the type of contact from the drop-down list.
Select the dates between which contact is expected from the appropriate drop-down lists.
Click OK.
