Using Referring Dr List and Referring Dr Window Options

From the REFERRING DR List and REFERRING DR windows, you can:

• Use the auto dialer

• Print labels

• Print envelopes

• Merge referring doctor information with a letter template

• Add a contact to the referring doctor

• View a list of incoming or outgoing referrals for the doctor

The commands available from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu when using the Enhanced Workspace are:

• 0 - Auto Dialer:Displays the Referring Provider Phone Numbers window. If you have a modem set up in the software, you can dial a specific number associated with the referring doctor. If you do not have a modem, the referring doctor phone numbers are displayed for your reference.

• Labels > Envelope:Display the Output Options window. Select the output option and click OK. The Referring Doctor Envelope Setup window is displayed. Click OK.

• Labels > Label:Displays the Output Options window. Select the output option and click OK. The Referring Doctor Label Setup window is displayed. Click OK.

• Letter Expert:Displays the Letter Expert Merge window. Use this to merge the referring doctor information to a letter template.

• Contacts By Date:Displays the Contacts for window for the referring doctor by date. Use this to add, edit, or delete information for the referring doctor. You can also print contact information or print memos for the referring doctor.

• Contacts By Type:Displays the Contacts for window for the referring doctor by type. Use this to add, edit, or delete information for the referring doctor. You can also print contact information or print memos for the referring doctor.

• Incoming Referrals:Displays the Incoming Referrals window. Use this to view a list of patients referred to your office by the doctor.

• Outgoing Referrals:Displays the Outgoing Referrals window. Use this to view a list of patients referred to the doctor by your office.

• Documents:Displays the Documents for window. Use this to view existing documents or capture new documents to attach to the referring doctor.
