Running the Referral Production Analysis Report

The Referral Production Analysis report lists all providers who have referred patients to your practice. It includes the referring doctor’s name and the patient’s name.

To run the Referral Production Analysis report:

1. Select Reports > Practice Management > Referral Reports > Production. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output option and click OK. The Referral Analysis Report Setup window is displayed.

3. In the Dates section, click the drop-down arrows to select the starting and ending patient visit dates from a calendar.

4. In the Options section, select Include Patient Details to list the production and collection amounts for each referred patient seen.

5. In the Referring Doctor ID section, click the drop-down arrow to select the providers from a list, or leave 999 to report on all providers.

6. Click OK.
