Once a month, you should reset insurance benefits for all patients based on their anniversary date and recalculate estimated insurance for all treatment plan procedures.
To recalculate benefits:
Select an option:
Select Insurance > Insurance Plan Rollover.
Click the Insurance Plan Rollover Power bar button.
The Insurance Rollover window is displayed.
To run the utility and rollover insurance plans, click OK. When the rollover is complete, a message that informs you that the process is complete is displayed.
Click OK. The previously active window is displayed.
Select Insurance >Treat Plan Recalc of Benefits. A message that asks you to rollover insurance plans is displayed.
Click No.
