Scheduling Appointments > Using Instant Recall
If the patient does not have a recall procedure set up on the Appts/Recall tab of the patient record, an error message is displayed when you attempt to schedule an instant recall appointment.
To schedule a recall appointment for a patient who does not have an instant recall set:
In the Patient List window, select a patient, and select Appointments from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu. The patient Appointments window is displayed.
Select an option:

To display the next available time slot:To display the next available time slot:
To display the previous available time slot:To display the previous available time slot:
When you have found a suitable slot, click Make Appt on the toolbar to schedule the appointment.
Click Close.
