Using Provider List and Provider Window Options

In the Provider List or Provider window, you can print address labels and envelopes, log a contact, create reminder notes, and view the phone numbers associated with a provider.

The commands available from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu when using the Enhanced Workspace are:

• Labels:Labels:Prints a label or laser envelope for the provider. You can print office or home addresses on the labels.

• 0 - Auto Dialer:0 - Auto Dialer:Dials a specific number associated with the selected provider.

• Choose Color:Choose Color:Assigns a color with the provider. This color is displayed in the Account, Add a Prescription, Tickler Entry, and Rcvtot windows.

• Letter Expert:Letter Expert:Merges the provider information with a letter template.

• Contacts By Date:Contacts By Date:Adds, edits, or deletes a provider contact; creates a provider memo.

• Contacts By Type:Contacts By Type:Adds, edits, or deletes a provider contact; creates a provider memo.

• Add CareCredit Service:Add CareCredit Service:Opens the Configure the Provider for CareCredit Service list window to enable you to set up providers to use CareCredit.
