Viewing Patients Associated with an Insurance Plan

To view a list of patients associated with an insurance plan:

1. Select List > Ins. Plan. The Insurance Plan List window is displayed. Select an insurance plan and select Show Insured Patients.

2. Select an option:

3. To display the patient’s account record:Select a patient and select View Account. The Account window is displayed. After you view the details, click Close.

4. To display the patient’s record:Select a patient and select View Patient. The Patient window is displayed. After you view the details, click Close.

5. To display the patient’s guarantor information:Select a patient and select Guarantors/Insurance. The Patient Guarantor window is displayed. After you view the details, click Close.
