Running the Patient Telephone Directory Report

The Telephone Directory report generates an alphabetical list of patients and their phone numbers.

Sample Report

To generate a patient telephone directory:

1. Select Reports > Patient > Phone Directory. The Select Patients window is displayed.

2. Select an option:

3. To include information for patients associated with a specific user code from the directory:Type the code in the Include field.

4. To exclude information for patients associated with a specific user code from the directory:Type the code in the Exclude field.

3. Click OK. A message is displayed.

4. Click OK. A message is displayed.

5. Select Print and click OK. The Output Options window is displayed.

6. Select an output option and click OK.
