Tracking Patients in the Office > Handling InOffice Transactions
You can view and update patient and account records from a patient appointment that is displayed in the InOffice window.
To view patient information from the InOffice window:
Select the appropriate entry.
Select Patient from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.
The record for the patient is displayed in the Patient window. You can also update patient information from this window.
To view account information from the InOffice window:
Select the appropriate entry.
Select Account from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.
The account record for the patient is displayed in the Patient window. You can also update patient account information from this window.
