Setting Up Patients > Running Patient Reports
The Patient First Visit report generates a list of new patients with the dates of the first visits.
To generate a list of patients’ first visits:
Select Reports > Patient > First Visit. The Output Options window is displayed.
Select an output option and click OK. The New Patient List Report window is displayed.
Select the starting and ending first visit date ranges from the drop-down lists.

To include all doctor and patient referral information in the report:
If you are exporting the report to Excel, the following options are selected:
Deselect an option if you do not want that type of data to display. If you leave both options selected, the report information is displayed on two tabs in the Excel spreadsheet.
Deselect Include Color/Shading if you do not want shading on the report.
Click OK.
