Printing a Single Billing Statement from the Patient Account

To print a billing statement from the account record:

  1. Select an option:

  2. Select List > Account.

  3. Click Account List Window on the Power bar.

  4. In any window, press Ctrl + A.

The Account List window is displayed in FIND mode.

  1. Click anywhere in the list area or press Enter to switch to SCAN mode.

  2. Type the account name in the Find field and press Enter.

  3. Select Billing Statement from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu. A message that asks you if you want to print or batch the statement for the selected account is displayed.

  4. To print a billing statement for the selected account, click Yes. The Output Options window is displayed.

  5. Select the output option and click OK. The Single Billing Statement Setup window is displayed.

  8. To apply a different billing charge to the billing statements:To apply a different billing charge to the billing statements:Type the information in the appropriate fields.

  9. To apply a different finance charge to the billing statements:To apply a different finance charge to the billing statements:Type the information in the appropriate fields.

  10. To itemize transactions for a specific number of days:To itemize transactions for a specific number of days:Type the number of days in the Itemize transactions for the last _ days field. The default value is 45.

  1. Select the guarantor to which the statement is addressed from the Send To Guarantor drop-down list.

  2. Click OK.
