Printing Patient Questionnaires

To print a patient questionnaire:

1. Select an option:

2. In the Patient Questionnaire List window:In the Patient Questionnaire List window:Select the questionnaire and select Print from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.

3. In the Patient Questionnaire window:In the Patient Questionnaire window:Select Print from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.

The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output option and click OK.
