Printing a Patient's Clinical Notes from the Chart

To print a patient's clinical notes from the chart:

1. Select List > Patient. The Patient List window is displayed.

2. Select a patient from the list and click Chart. The Chart for [Patient Name] window is displayed.

3. Select Clinical Notes > Review > Patient Notes by Date or Clinical Notes > Review > Patient Notes by Tooth. The clinical notes list window is displayed.

4. Press Enter, select the note, and click Print. The Enter Report Dates window is displayed.

5. Select the dates.

6. To print treatment plan notes also, select Include Treatment Plan Notes.

7. Click OK.
