Running the Print Current Transaction History Utility

Run this utility to view or print compressed transactions. The transaction history includes the patient’s ID, transaction date, procedure code, service provider, collecting provider, tooth and surface (if applicable), and transaction amount.

To print the transaction history:

1. Instruct all users to exit the software.

2. Select Start > All Programs > SoftDent Software > SoftDent Utilities. The SoftDent Login window is displayed.

3. Type your user name and password and click OK. The SoftDent Utilities window is displayed.

4. Select Maintenance > Transaction History Maintenance > Print Current Transaction History. The Output Options window is displayed.

5. Select the output option and click OK.

6. Restart the software.
