Correcting Out of Order Scheduler Rooms

On occasion, rooms in the scheduler might display out of order — as a result of user error or because a previous user changed the display.

To correct the order of rooms on the scheduler:

  1. Open the scheduler.

  2. Click on the colored tab of the room you want to reposition and drag the tab to the left or the right.

  3. When dragging a room, the cursor changes to a white cross.

  1. Release the mouse button when you have dragged the room to the desired location on the scheduler.

  2. Repeat the above steps for each room you want to move.
