On occasion, rooms in the scheduler might display out of order — as a result of user error or because a previous user changed the display.
To correct the order of rooms on the scheduler:
Open the scheduler.
Click on the colored tab of the room you want to reposition and drag the tab to the left or the right.
When dragging a room, the cursor changes to a white cross.
Release the mouse button when you have dragged the room to the desired location on the scheduler.
Repeat the above steps for each room you want to move.
