Tracking Patients in the Office > Handling InOffice Transactions
To move a checked-in patient to the operatory:
Select the appropriate appointment.
Select Change Location from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.
The operatory room number is displayed in the Loc column, and the text for the selected patient appointment is displayed in green.
If you failed to check the patient in before selecting Change Location from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu, the current system time is displayed in the Arrive column.
If the patient was in the operatory and is moved to the waiting room, W is displayed in the Loc column, and the text for the selected patient appointment is displayed in blue.
