Starting the Merge Process from Batched Records

You can merge data from several records to one letter template by adding them to a batch file. You can then merge the information from the batch file with a template.

To start the merge process from batched records:

  1. Select Expert > Letter Expert > Merge All Batched Letters. The Letter Expert Merge window is displayed.

  2. Select the set of letters that you want to merge.
