Merging Letters for the Contact List

To merge a letter for the entire contact list:

  1. In the Contact Expert window, select Send List to Letter Expert from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu. The Letter Expert Template Selection window is displayed.

  2. Select the template to which you want to merge the contact list.

  3. Click OK. The Letter Expert Merge window is displayed.

  4. Select the set of letters you want to merge from the list.

  5. Select an option:

  6. To merge and print the letters:To merge and print the letters:Click Print. The Merge Wizard is displayed. The Start Merge Wizard window is displayed.

  7. To batch the letters to merge and print later:To batch the letters to merge and print later:Click Save.

  1. Follow the steps in Merging Letters. After the merge process is complete, a message that asks you whether to remove the list is displayed.

  2. Select an option:

  3. To remove the contacts sent to the letter expert from the list:To remove the contacts sent to the letter expert from the list:Click Yes.

  4. To keep the contacts in the list:To keep the contacts in the list:Click No.
