Using Experts > Using the Contact Expert > Merging Contact Letters
To merge a contact letter:
In the Contact Expert window, select a record from the list in the left pane.
Select Send Entry to Letter Expert from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu. The Letter Expert Merge window is displayed.
Select the template to which you want to merge the contact from the list.
To batch the letter, select Send To Batch. Skip to step 7.
To merge batched letters, select Letter Expert > Merge All Batched Letters.
Click OK. The Start Merge Wizard window is displayed.
Follow the steps in Merging Letters. After the merge process is complete or the letter is batched, a message that asks you whether to remove the list is displayed.
Select an option:
