Manually Adding a Bluebook Entry

To manually add a bluebook entry for an insurance plan:

 

  1. Select List > Ins. Plan. The Insurance Plan list window is displayed.

  2. Double-click the insurance plan for which you want to add a bluebook entry.

  3. Click the Bluebook button to display a list of bluebook entries associated with the plan.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Type the code for which the entry is to be applied.

  6. Type the coverage information.

  7. Click OK.
