Linking Insurance Companies

To link insurance companies to Trojan:

1. To link a Trojan and insurance company, select List > Ins. Co.

2. Enter the insurance company name or ID in the Find field or highlight the insurance company in the list and press Enter. The Insurance Company record is displayed.

3. Click the arrow in the Trojan ID field.

4. Select the type of Trojan company you want to link to the insurance company and click OK. A list of Trojan carriers is displayed.

5. Double-click the carrier you want to link to the insurance company.

For traditional insurance plans:The carrier’s name, address, and phone number are automatically updated.

For a managed care plan:Click Update from Trojan on the toolbar to make sure the name, address, and phone number are updated from the Trojan database.

6. Click OK.
