Running the Labs by ID Report

The Labs by ID report generates a list of labs, sorted by ID. It displays the lab ID, name, mailing address, telephone/fax numbers, and contact person.

Sample Report

To run the Labs by ID report:

1. Select Reports > Rx/Pharmacies/Labs > Labs By ID. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output and click OK. The Lab by ID Report Setup window is displayed.

3. In the Lab IDs section, click the drop-down arrows to select the starting and ending lab identification numbers from a list.

4. To include inactive labs in the report, select Include Inactive Labs.

5. To use color/shading in the report, select Include Color/Shading.

6. Click OK.
