Using Lab Case List and Lab Case Window Options

From the Lab case List and Lab case windows, you can:

• Mark a lab case as returned

• Access the auto dialer

• Schedule an appointment for the patient associated with a lab case

The Lab case List and Lab case window options are:

• Mark Returned:Mark a lab case as returned to your office.

• Capture Lab Cases:View a list of documents associated with the lab case and associate captured documents with the lab case.

• 0 - Auto Dialer:If you have configured a modem for the software, you can dial a specific number associated with the lab. If you do not have a modem, the lab phone numbers are displayed for your reference.

• Schedule Appointments:Schedule an appointment for the patient associated with the lab case.
