The insurance record conditions that can restrict the event that displays a TeamTalk note are:
Insurance Co:Insurance Co:Restricts the TeamTalk note to be displayed for one or more insurance companies.
Mail To ID:Mail To ID:Restricts the TeamTalk note to be displayed for one or more insurance company mail to addresses.
Default Employer:Default Employer:Restricts the TeamTalk note to be displayed for one or more employers.
Plan Type:Plan Type:Restricts the TeamTalk note to be displayed for either dental or medical insurance plans.
Estimation Type:Estimation Type:Restricts the TeamTalk note to be displayed for one or more insurance plan estimation types.
ECS Primary:ECS Primary:Restricts the TeamTalk note to be displayed for ECS primary enabled records.
