Handling Questionnaire Security

When System Security is enabled, you can restrict access to patient questionnaire features.

To set patient questionnaire security:

1. Select System > Change System Settings > System Security > Users by Rights. The Users By Rights window is displayed.

2. Select an option:

3. To enable users to add or edit patient questionnaires:To enable users to add or edit patient questionnaires:Select Add/Edit Questionnaires from the drop-down list and select the users from the bottom section of the window.

4. To enable users to view patient questionnaire results:To enable users to view patient questionnaire results:Select View Questionnaire Results from the drop-down list and select the users from the bottom section of the window.

5. To enable users to enter patient questionnaire results:To enable users to enter patient questionnaire results:Select Enter Questionnaire Results from the drop-down list and select the users from the bottom section of the window.

6. To enable users to delete patient questionnaire results:To enable users to delete patient questionnaire results:Select Delete Questionnaire Results from the drop-down list and select the users from the bottom section of the window.

3. Click OK.
