Handling Today's Memos

When you access the software, any memos scheduled for the current date are displayed in the Today’s Memos window.

To view or print memos for the current date:

1. Select List > Today’s Memos. The Today’s Memos List window is displayed.

2. Select an option:

3. To view the details of a memo:To view the details of a memo:Double-click it. After you finish reviewing the information, click Close.

4. To delete all memos:To delete all memos:Click Delete Today's. A message asks you whether to delete the memos. Click Yes.

5. To print all memos:To print all memos:Click Print Today's. The Output Options window is displayed. Select the output option, and click OK.

6. To edit a memo:To edit a memo:Click Edit. The memo details are displayed in the Today’s Memos window. Make the changes, and click Close.

7. To delete a specific memo:To delete a specific memo:Select it and click Delete. A message asks you whether to delete the memo. Click Yes.

3. Click Close.
