Handling Images While Charting > Using Edit Mode

Editing Images

To rotate or flip clinical images:

1. On the Clinical Imaging tab in the Chart for window, select Edit Mode.

2. Select buttons on the Clinical Imaging toolbar.
   Select images in the Clinical Detail Container.

2. Select and drag the image from the Clinical Images tab to the Clinical Imaging tab. The image is displayed.

3. Select an option:

4. To flip the image horizontally:Click Horizontally.

5. To flip the image vertically:Click Vertically.

6. To rotate the image by ninety degrees:Click 90 Degrees.

7. To view the mirror image:Click Mirror.

8. To reload the original image:Select Reload Image.

9. To convert a non-Carestream image to a dental imaging software, version 6.0, image:Right-click the image in the Clinical Detail Tab Container and select Convert to Clinical Image.

• A red border is displayed around an image that can be converted.

4. Click Save.
