To edit an existing account record:
Select an option:
The Account window is displayed.
Make the changes and click OK. If you change the account guarantor’s address or phone number, you are prompted to update the information for all other patients in the account.
In any window, press Ctrl + A or select Account List Window from the Power bar to access the Account List window.
In the Patient List and Patient windows, select Other Management > View Account to display the account.
In the Inoffice window, select an appointment and select Account to display the account.
