Utilities > Using Maintenance Menu Utilities
Run this utility to delete treatment plans, created within a specific date range, that were either accepted but never scheduled or that were not accepted.
To delete treatment plans:
Instruct all users to exit the software.
Select Start > All Programs > SoftDent Software > SoftDent Utilities. The SoftDent Login window is displayed.
Type your user name and password and click OK. The SoftDent Utilities window is displayed.
Select Maintenance > Delete Orphaned Patients and Transactions. The Delete Treatment Plans Utility window is displayed.
Select the dates between which to delete treatment plans.
To delete treatment plans that were accepted but not scheduled, select Accepted, Not Scheduled.
To delete treatment plans that were never accepted, select Not Accepted.
Click OK.
Restart the software.
