Running the Delete Dangling TeamTalk Notes Utility

The Delete Dangling TeamTalk Notes utility searches all TeamTalk notes and removes any dangling notes.

To remove dangling TeamTalk notes:

1. Instruct all users to exit the software.

2. Select Start > All Programs > SoftDent Software > SoftDent Utilities. The SoftDent Login window is displayed.

3. Type your user name and password and click OK. The SoftDent Utilities window is displayed.

4. Select Maintenance > Delete Dangling TeamTalk Notes. The Dangling TeamTalk Utility window is displayed.

5. Ensure that you have a valid and complete backup of your SoftDent data files and click OK.
