The Time Card Types window enables you to customize the types that you assign to an employee's time. Several time card types are included in the database by default, and you can create any type you need, such as Training (Paid), Seminar (Paid), and so on. The types you create display in the Time Card report as well.
If your practice does not use a specific time card type on the default list, make the type inactive by selecting the type and clicking Delete. A message window is displayed. Click Mark Inactive.
To customize time card types:
Select System > Change System Settings > Time Card > Customize Time Card Types. The Time Card Types window is displayed.
Select an option:
Click Close.
